At CCS, if we don’t collect, you don’t pay…it’s just that simple.

Our contingent commission rate of “no collect—no charge” is offered by CCS as a method of computing fees which is fair and transparent to clients. There are no upfront or hidden costs with CCS, you only pay if we collect.
At CFM, we offer our clients two rate options conducive to their needs.
  1. a contingent commission rate, half the rate of a primary agency, consisting of soft collection calls
  2. a flat fee consisting of a series of pre-collection letters

Recovery

CCS has historically exceeded the national average recovery rate reported by ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.

This industry standard, recovery rate/liquidation percentage, is used to measure how effective a collection agency is in collecting your bad debts. By choosing CCS you will be working with a successful collection agency that has been in business since 1974 exhibiting a success rate of recovery historically exceeding the national average reported by ACA International, its trade organization.

Placing accounts with a collection agency on a timely basis can assure you of and assist your collection agency in maximizing recovery of your accounts. ACA International recommends placing accounts no later than 90 days from the date of first delinquency.
