CCS’s certified professional collection specialists are committed to ACA’s Code of Conduct calling consumers Monday through Saturday, 8 AM- 9PM in an attempt to collect monies due its clients by using reasonable and respectful collection efforts. For their convenience, consumers are provided an online portal where they can make payment using check or payment card 24/7. CCS utilizes state of the art technology including inbound/outbound predictive dialers, voicemail box drop, skip tracing, and credit scoring for predictability to collect.
